Molds for casting: manufacturing stage
Molds for casting are created in stages. First, experts evaluate the future specification of the system. They set the basic requirements to equipment. In some cases, professionals need to learn more about the products that will be produced using forms.
When all the technical details are resolved, the development of drawings begins. Equipment is later created from these drawings. For specialists it is important to establish the optimum position of the part inside the structure before developing the drawing. It's greatly affects the production of goods from polymers. For large enterprises can recommend hot runner molds, which are more economical in this case. Small companies usually have enough cold-channel equipment.
We use only high-quality grades of steel for the production of molds, for example: 738, 718, 718H, S11, H13, various grades of hard steel — NAK80 or mild steel, such as P10, P20, 420.
We are engaged in designing molds according to customer specifications (DME, HASCO).
Before acceptance of the mold, we provide our customers with casting samples for final approval.
